Dongfeng Furuika F8 Crash Cushion Truck
This Crash Cushion Truck is mainly composed of the Dongfeng Furuika F8 heavy-duty chassis and the cargo box assembly, the guiding combined lamp, the anti-collision buffer module, the hydraulic system and the electrical system. The anti-collision buffer module is raised and lowered by the oil circuit. In the working state, the anti-collision module is in a lowered horizontal position.
The box body is made of Q235 national standard steel plates, with stainless steel hinges. It adopts a perforated anti-slip process. The rear anti-collision buffer module of the box body is equipped with the internationally renowned technology product Changxingda 100K anti-collision buffer module. The X-shaped guide light frame is equipped with LED high-brightness flashing induction lights, which are composed of 28 LED lights. Through different arrangement combinations, it can achieve three different working modes: left induction, right induction, and both sides induction.
The anti-collision buffer energy absorption module mainly consists of vehicle-mounted anti-collision buffer pads and guide sign frames, serving as the buffer guardian at the rear of the construction operation vehicles. In case of rear-end accidents, it can construct a buffer zone between the accident vehicle and the construction operation area. Through the deformation of the machinery structure, it absorbs the impact energy, minimizing the probability of being hit by the protected personnel and equipment. The high-performance hydraulic system can achieve rapid lifting and lowering operations, facilitating equipment transportation and transfer. The one-button start function enables the lifting and lowering of the anti-collision device. When the anti-collision device is not fully lowered to the working position or lifted to the vertical transportation position, there will be an automatic warning sound prompt.
